Rates

Our Service to you :
  • Individual care plan for each cat - no matter how long the duration of stay, each day of care counts !
  • Range of accommodation options : Single rooms, Family rooms and three Penthouse suites. ( please note that only cats from the same house hold will share a unit )
  • Rooms fully cleaned and sanitized between stays

  • Minimum two day charge

  • Weekly weight checks for cats staying longer than 7days
  • Premium dry cat food fed , with a small delicacy of wet food offered for supper.
  • Individual heat pads for each unit, keeping cats cosy at night.
  • Thermostatically controlled heating/cooling within the cattery
  • Keeping you connected with Facebook

In preparation for your cats vacation, please ensure that your cat/cats are up to date with their  vaccination, worming and flea treatment. 
For the protection of all the furry friends in our care, we will not accept unvaccinated cats.

Flea and Worm treatments will be administered if required and charged to your account.

Long term stays - Cats boarding for more than 21 days

Owners have the flexibility of booking their cat/cats into some of the different accommodation options available throughout their stay. If a Penthouse suite is vacant, long term stays will receive a complimentary upgrade, whilst the room is available.

All long term stays receive a 10% discount off the balance of their account. Long term discounted rates are not available over the peak season. (Dec 15th to Jan 15th)

All accounts to be settled monthly.

Payment

  • Our rates are charged on a per day basis. From the day of arrival to the day of departure.
  • All pets will be charged an additional $5 per pet on public holidays.
  • Payment is required in full on pick up by cash, cheque or online banking. All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
  • Christmas and New Year bookings require a 50% deposit to be made by Oct 31st
In the event of cancellation or a change of booking dates we reserve the right to charge for time booked but not taken.
